Requirements

  • minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • minimum 2 years experience working in a baby room
  • team player with fantastic communication skills
  • fair and inclusive leadership style
  • A positive approach in gaining further training to develop themselves professionally
  • strong understanding of Safeguarding requirements and Health and Safety knowledge
  • strong understanding of the EYFS
  • up to date Paediatric First Aid training certificate, or willingness to attend course
