as the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and delivering high-quality care services
our aim is to provide young people a nurturing home, in the same home where Lillian lived for 35 years
you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to the care team and managing the home in accordance with the guidelines provided by Ofsted and other regulatory bodies

position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead our newly established Residential Children's Home between the ages of 11 – 18 years, who may have Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
about us: The Lilly Ann Care Services is a residential children's home set up in the memory of Lillian Ann, who was a devoted midwife
to assist the Directors with maintaining account ledgers and cash books, regulate cash-flow and maintain profitability
Requirements
diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
have at least 2 years’ Experience of working in a Residential Children’s Home at a managerial or supervisorial level
experience using ClearCare or a similar tool
knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting
strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders
financial expertise to ensure the home is run on a sound financial basis including long term financial viability of the home
A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of children in care
