Responsibility
contact customers who have ordered via our web portal to ensure they are onboarded efficiently
maintain compliance of sales inputted via the sales teams
participate in team meetings, training and activities
use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges in the customer onboarding process
contact Customers post grace period who have placed and order but not scheduled an installation for efficient maximisation of the installation calendar
contact customers who have cancelled an order via the portal to check reason for cancellation and offer assistance if it is due to customer journey issues and try and secure the order and installation booking
Requirements
scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
confident liaising with Customers
A positive approach to work
excellent organisation skills
the ability to work well under pressure
be IT literate with good presentation skills
developed negotiation, communication, and people management skills
