  • work as a team to maintain excellent standards of food quality and service

  • cleaning of the kitchen and equipment
  • ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • general kitchen duties e.g. washing up/loading the dishwasher
  • lightwater Country Park Café is situated in Lightwater Country Park serving coffee, fresh juices and homemade food. We are looking for an Assistant Chef
  • additional duties as and when requested by the Head Chef
