- processing sales orders

- completing sales plans

- supporting transport planners and proving cover
- answering inbound calls
- won / lost data
- targeting key projects / customers
- customer relations
- normal hours of work are 0830 to 1730 Monday to Thursday and 0830 to 1630 Friday
- sales / forecasting reports
- assist in marketing campaigns and social media posts
- planning and sales enquiries can be on very short lead times and your positive attitude towards bringing together the key elements necessary to meet them, will be judged as your most vital skill
- analysing marketing data and PPC conversions
- an ideal candidate will be already an effective administrator who can simultaneously complete tasks to a high quality whilst being open to ad-hoc sales enquiries, you will manage the database to provide accurate key performance data to the rest of the sales team
- your excellent IT skills will help you streamline and automate separate tasks into a cohesive process and your interpersonal skills will maintain a good relationship with customers, contractors and internal staff alike
- this role is available to both those with or without previous experience in a busy sales, planning and scheduling environment and/or experience of aggregates and concrete
