Responsibility

  • travel to customers’ locations to facilitate their implementation of the hardware and provide technical support
  • plan and organize onsite training sessions with business owners, management team, and/or staff on the front end of the POS system
  • guide customers onsite through their setup, implementations and integrations
  • install/troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points
  • document and track customer installation, network details, schematics and other on-site services
  • report the progress of the installations to your Team Lead and Installation Coordinator
  • ensure all hardware is present before going onsite to the customer
  • manage your schedule, collaborate with the Installation Coordinator to plan your onsite visits as efficiently as possible
