• ownership of inspection of materials, components/assemblies, processes, and equipment, from a functional, aesthetic and dimensional perspective to ensure quality specifications are met
• actively assist in the generation of DFMEA & PFMEA documentation
• ownership of DVP Testing requirements for projects, including liaising with the customer and service providers, creation of timing plans and sample requirement matrices
• carry out internal and external supplier audits
• lead and develop all aspects of internal and external quality inspection process, including creation of Part Quality Standards documents and collation/submission of IMDS information
• maintain internal measurement equipment, including calibration. Responsible for dimensional measurement of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and to meet customer requirements

• wiring harness manufacture experience – preferred but not essential
• ability to read and interpret drawings to evaluate components and build from instructions
