Responsibility
- report to the senior management team on all aspects of quality engineering
- liaison with customers to deliver quality requirements in a timely manner
- responsibility for creation of specific documentation, support and submission of PPAP documentation to customers specifications, obtain and monitor PSW
- ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with applicable regulations
- ownership of the QMS ISO9001 system documentation and processes for the business, Including BSI audits. Work towards achieving and maintaining IATF 16949 accreditation
- ownership of inspection of materials, components/assemblies, processes, and equipment, from a functional, aesthetic and dimensional perspective to ensure quality specifications are met
- actively assist in the generation of DFMEA & PFMEA documentation
- ownership of DVP Testing requirements for projects, including liaising with the customer and service providers, creation of timing plans and sample requirement matrices
