  • identifying spare parts and providing customers with quotations for our new product line
  • processing customer orders via email, and company website to process in Sage
  • picking and packing of goods
  • arrange despatches and collections via courier services
  • manage parts website
  • dealing with defective spare parts and warranty claims
  • co-ordinating and communicating with various departments in the business

Requirements

  • experience in an Automotive Parts Environment
  • ability to prioritise own workload
  • experience of using Sage
