we have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant based at our busy Lichfield office
the successful applicant will be working as part of our dedicated administration team
liaising with engineers
corresponding with clients, providing updates on jobs and booking engineers in to sites as required
inputting data into client portals
assist Supervisors and Managers
answering the phones
the role will encompass assisting in corresponding with our client base and the applicant must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good telephone manner
Requirements
proficiency in MS Office
strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
the ability to work unsupervised using initiative
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A to C
