Responsibility
- promote the highest standards of care and service to all clients
- develop relationships with key customers and service commissioners e.g. local authority, NHS, day centre and care homes
- recruit and manage the care support workers and care co-ordinators
- proactively seek new clients and seek to develop and grow the business
- passionate about their role and committed to the highest standards of care and compliant with CQC Regulations
- liaison with Local Authorities and other third parties to build strong partnerships and expand the client base
