Responsibility

  • developing and maintain good filing systems
  • ensure staff training matrix is maintained. Record and monitor annual leave, sickness and trackers
  • dealing with mail, scanning, stationery, photocopying and any other office tasks
  • create and maintain staff and service user’s files
  • perform receptionist duties when needed
