Requirements
car owner and Driving Licence holder – essential
sales experience in a similar/field-based sales role essential. Experience of the Hospitality sector a significant advantage
confident and with proven capability in working with IT systems. Capable and willing to document activity in systems
proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools an advantage
effective interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
confident, self-motivated, results and goal-driven
strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively, but still act as an effective team member of the wider sales team
Responsibility
utilize the provided cold data to follow up sales leads and develop them into potential customers
understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and present our supply/collection solutions as the best choice
close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales target
actively seek out new sales lead opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking and other lead generation techniques
establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
accountable for the timely and accurate completion of all requirements of the Customer Relationship Management system to track and manage all aspects of sales leads and customer interactions
provide customer/market feedback to the business to ensure our solutions remain competitive and aligned with customer needs
