- we are seeking a dynamic and imaginative Creative Designer to join our team
- work closely with our clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into innovative design concepts
- this role will encompass a blend of client-facing interactions, conceptual design, and technical construction detailing
- develop detailed sketches, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively

- participate in client meetings and presentations to present design concepts and gather feedback. These might be video calls or onsite
- to drive company vehicles and travel to meet clients to carry out site visits
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- proven experience in a creative design role, with a focus on architectural design and detailing
- proficiency in design software SolidWorks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation
