Responsibility
- landlord Services
- work with Social Care Providers to deal with any matters relating to disputes and antisocial behaviour
- work with freeholder to ensure that repairs and maintenance are undertaken within areas of responsibility of the lease
- ensure all responsibilities of the lease are met
- ensure all legislative and regulatory requirements are met including Fire safety , electrical, gas safety , asbestos , legionella
- deliver a high quality, customer focused service relating to housing and property management to all tenants residing in Life Path Properties including voids, lettings monitoring and control of rent arrears
- monitor and management of repairs and property improvements to ensure minimal impact on tenants and good quality compliant repairs are carried out
- delivery of Property and facilities Management and health and safety issues related to Life Path Property Portfolio
