- we are looking for a passionate, performance driven, energetic Lead Baker with a meticulous attention to detail
- must have some management experience or be able to demonstrate how you would effectively manage with your current skills set
- we are a small friendly team who work hard but have fun at the same time
- must be reliable, dedicated and passionate
- you will be assisting the General Manager with the day to day running of the bakery operations, managing a small team, monitoring performance and quality whilst producing a high volume of bakery items as a team
