  • level 3 or above health and social care qualification or equivalent
  • managed in a residential home for more than 2 years within the last 5 years
  • experience with Children with learning difficulties, autism and emotional behavioral issues
  • must be able to work to a Rota system
  • driver beneficial but not essential
  • all mandatory training completed and up to date
  • clean DBS
  • residential Childcare: 2 years
