Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a commercial delivery of operational repairs and contracts, based in Derby, East Midlands. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive £45,000 per annum, plus Company Car/ Car Allowance Plus Excellent Benefits! Responsibilities for the Contract Manager are: Assist the Project Manager in managing and supervising the Site Supervisors ensuring the multi discipline team of trade operatives are effectively managed Ensure consistent delivery of an efficient and cost effective, customer focused operations repairs team, covering all maintenance and repairs within the R&M division Ensure correct systems are in place to ensure the highest quality of workmanship is carried out by the team of multi skilled operatives, sub-contractors, apprentices and agency workers delivering the repairs/ planned works services Ensure consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focussed operational repairs service covering all maintenance and repairs activities Manage financial budgets against each contract Assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of organisations

In return, you will receive a salary of £38,000 to £44,000 (depending on experience) per annum Plus Car Allowance Plus Benefits.
