we now have an opportunity for a Property Services and Operations Manager to join us to assist in the management and development of our services in Stoke on Trent
working within the organisation’s charitable aims and objectives, you will help to develop services which deliver real change in the lives of vulnerable people, ensuring they are delivered to excellent standards
you will work to deliver outcomes outlined in our Service, Corporate and Regional Plans and you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners, families and communities to increase the capacity and effectiveness of the service
you will also oversee and monitor the housing function of the service, ensuring that cyclical works are/have been completed, repairs raised are completed on time and housing processes and procedures maintain compliance with housing law and Adullam’s policies
