Requirements

  • A minimum of one year’s previous experience as Head Chef or a significant previous experience at Sous Chef
  • previous experience in supervising / leading a small team
  • educated to GCSE level
  • NVQ/SVQ L2 essential, L3 preffered or equivalent and hold a food hygiene certificate
  • proficient in food costing
  • good Knowledge of ingredients
  • prior experience of Mediterranean cuisine desirable
  • compute proficient

Responsibility

  • attend service meetings to provide daily information about special and kitchen happenings
