- manage customer accounts in a timely manner while meeting company goals
- whilst working with the rest of the Branch team to ensure the branch carries on growing and maintaining customer service standards
- identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their needs
- build relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- maintain positive customer service and product sales results by following company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- participate in training, on-the-job training, and or in-house projects as needed
- handle customer inquiries regarding product information or ordering problems

Requirements
- 3 Years experience in sales within Electrical Wholesaling
- strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization
