Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- carrying out maintenance on bespoke machines / LGSF Mill Fleet, following a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule
- working closely with the Senior Maintenance Engineer to deliver a high-quality engineering service
- planning, prioritising, and ensuring all maintenance work is completed on time
- reacting to breakdowns, by rapidly diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and basic control faults a busy manufacturing site
- delegating tasks to the engineering team ensuring all resources are used to their full potential
- conduct and take a leading role in projects to deliver continuous improvement to site efficiency and performance standards
- performance managing and supporting departmental and individual training requirements for a small team of Maintenance Engineers
- ensuring all engineering tooling and equipment is maintained at all times
