Responsibility
- prepare steel surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
- operate and maintain paint sprayer equipment, ensuring proper functionality and performance
- mix and adjust paint formulations to achieve the desired color and texture
- the Paint Sprayer Technician will play a critical role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and durability of our steel products
- apply paint coatings to steel surfaces with precision, utilizing techniques that guarantee even coverage and seamless finishes
- monitor and adjust spray settings, air pressure, and paint flow to ensure consistent and high-quality results
- follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
- CSCS card
- proven experience as a Paint Sprayer Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment
- proficiency in operating paint sprayer equipment and understanding various paint types and coatings
- strong understanding of surface preparation techniques, including cleaning and sanding
- ability to mix and adjust paint formulations to achieve desired color and texture
- attention to detail and an eye for achieving seamless finishes
- knowledge of safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment
- strong problem-solving skills to identify and address equipment malfunctions or application issues
