contact potential or existing customers to inform them about current and new products or service solutions
creating leads and appointment generation for the sales team
you will also support with administrative tasks to support the function and the team
answer questions about products or the company
you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
Requirements
strong organisational and communication skills
proficient in MS Office
ability to multitask and prioritise workload
proven experience in a sales lead / administration service role
proven track record of achievements and successes in a sales admin / office role, meeting targets and deadlines
ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers
excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
