- manage and promote positive reviews on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yell
- measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- sales lead generation from digital marketing activities and sales funnel design in association with the Business Development team
- manage website updates and regular blog posts
- develop new social content including own promotional video content for social media
- designing of digital and printed literature such as brochures, leaflets etc
