LEX BLINDS is looking for employees for positions:
- attending retail measurement surveys for existing and potential clients
- looking at fixing details close up, highlighting any potential access challenges
- accurately measure for the manufacture of window shading products using tape measure as well as a laser
- detailing all information , marking up drawings with locations of blinds
- assessing site conditions which could have an impact on the manufacture or the installation of the product
- calculating quotes for the clients
- advising Administration staff on details of proposed quotes
- placing orders into production
- opening the shop, ensuring all the lights are on and the showroom is ready for 9 am opening
- answering all of the incoming phone calls and responding promptly to customer enquiries
- ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
- ordering samples of fabrics for the clients and arranging these to be delivered to client’s homes
- updating company’s CRM system with notes on customers profiles after each interaction
- collecting deposits and balances from clients, processing payments over the phone or in the store
