  • salary £12 per hour
  • you will be responsible for the cleaning and day to day maintenance of the community centre and its grounds, minor repair work and opening , closing of the building at various times
  • knowledge of Health and Safety regulations , excellent communication skills for dealing with the general public , ability to work on own initiative
  • carryout weekly fire alarm testing. • Do weekly legionella monitoring
  • liaise with CEO re organised fire drills
  • adhere to company and statutory health and safety procedures and policies. • Ensure all fire signage and equipment is legally compliant and monitored and recorded as per legislation
