lewis’ is a well-established and growing firm that is looking for a motivated, diligent, and experienced Administrator to join their team
assisting the Financial Advisers with all aspects of Financial Services Administration. Using electronic database
being part of the administration team providing support to both our clients and advisers
dealing with client or provider queries promptly via telephone and email
learning our electronic back-office database
update and maintain back-office systems and client files
assisting with client or provider queries
within this role you will join the team assisting the The Lewis Workplace Pension Trust Line Manager to provide support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to deliver a high standard of service
Requirements
previous Pension Administration experience within an IFA is desirable
understanding of financial planning process and products would be advantageous
