Responsibility

  • lewis’ is a well-established and growing firm that is looking for a motivated, diligent, and experienced Administrator to join their team
  • assisting the Financial Advisers with all aspects of Financial Services Administration. Using electronic database
  • being part of the administration team providing support to both our clients and advisers
  • dealing with client or provider queries promptly via telephone and email
  • learning our electronic back-office database
  • update and maintain back-office systems and client files
  • assisting with client or provider queries
  • within this role you will join the team assisting the The Lewis Workplace Pension Trust Line Manager to provide support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to deliver a high standard of service

Requirements

  • previous Pension Administration experience within an IFA is desirable
  • understanding of financial planning process and products would be advantageous
