  • strong research background, with proven expertise in ESG topics
  • expertise in climate risk and natural capital, as well as other material ESG themes, in an investment context
  • exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • strong data management and analytical skills
  • ability to identify emerging ESG engagement trends in alignment with client demand
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibility

  • client management: maintain and expand institutional investor client relationships, ensuring quality of deliverables and alignment with their goals
  • research leadership: create and refine frameworks for analyzing material ESG topics for thematic engagements
  • engagement leadership: lead key engagement meetings with corporate issuers on behalf of investor clients
  • active Stewardship Engagement: support the development of our ASE program
  • team development: support the professional growth of Stewardship team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
