- complete effective coaching where required on a team and one to one basis that drives efficiencies and improvements in performance
- build strong relationships with key members of the business
- escalate key risks and issues to the management team
- oversee the day to day team operation and delivery of performance across the customer development team and own client base by acting proactively to ensure the smooth running of the team
- lead and motivate the team by providing leadership support and guidance across all areas and be seen as a role model across the team and business
- provide face to face business reviews, where required to ensure our client base feels valued and listened to
- monitor and report on performance against sales targets, this is to include performance of others sales staff
Requirements

- proven sales experience
- experience of working to targets
- confident negotiator and have the ability to ‘close the deal’
- ARLA qualified or actively studying
- sales experience within the lettings industry / Property Industry
