- is a family owned business specialising in roofing, cladding, rainscreen and envelope solutions, based in Buckley, Flintshire
- we are looking to appoint a new Contract’s Manager, who who has the needed qualifications, experience and knowledge
- liaising with design team and discussing issues and amendments to drawings required
- arranging for subcontractors to price works and obtaining suitable RAMS
- our projects are based around the North West, North Wales, and down to the Midlands
- there is never usually a requirement to lodge, all sites are managed with local labour and management
- producing programmes as required for subcontractors, internal progress monitoring and client reporting
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- you must hold a UK driving license
- qualifications should include Black Managers CSCS Card
- other qualifications such as SMSTS, IPAF, First Aid, CPCS Slinger Signaller, PASMA, RAMS training, Working at Heights, are preferable
- construction Management: 5 years
