Responsibility

  • the ideal candidate has management experience in the butchering industry and works well in a busy, small team
  • we are looking for someone with a good work ethic and integrity, with good communication and people skills
  • the candidate must be available to work 5/6 days a week including Saturdays
  • ordering sundries and meat from suppliers
  • stock management for 3 shops
  • preparing meat for the stocking of other shops within the business
  • we are looking for an experienced and passionate Butcher to join our team, managing our busy High Street shop. The business is made up of 3 local shops serving surrounding areas and a number of pubs, hospitals and other businesses
  • cutting and trimming carcasses
