Responsibility
- we are currently looking for an electrical design engineer / electrical manager to join our growing team
- location is in the North East at our head office in Seaham
- ideal candidate will be from a tools background and have significant project management experience
- our works are primarily within the retail and commercial sectors, so a candidate with experience within these sectors and understand the tight timescales involved will have an advantage over other candidates
- we work on a nationwide basis, so travelling may be involved to review schemes, although most of the time you will be at our head office
- produce as-built drawings for completed projects
- assist with estimating dept where required
Requirements
- retail & Commercial fit out project experience
- excellent communication skills
- high attention to detail
- commercial awareness
- good understanding of the requirements of BS 7671, BS 5266-1 & BS 5839-1
