Responsibility

  • managing your own support cases from the initial report of an issue through to resolution
  • networking, Computer repair, Software and Hardware troubleshooting, IT deployments and System upgrades
  • providing business-to-business IT support to customers both over the phone and on-site at their business premises
  • managing cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google G-Suite

Requirements

  • 6 months commercial experience in an IT role
  • full UK driving license
  • strong communication skills
  • the role will involve some travel so a full UK driving license is a must
  • strong time management and organisation skills
  • happy to work as part of a small, dynamic team and jump in where required
  • the right candidate must be comfortable working directly with end-users and be a confident, clear communicator who is able to manage client expectations while staying calm and polite
  • the candidate must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based technologies and have some commercial experience working with IT systems
