prepare clear and comprehensive quotations that align with customer needs and company pricing strategies
develop a deep understanding of our company's services, pricing, and policies to effectively educate customers and address inquiries
proactively follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and secure their commitment to proceed with our services
maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, quotations, and interactions in our CRM system
work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing trade installer customers by providing exceptional service and being their primary point of contact
