Responsibility
- collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and project details to ensure accurate quotations
- prepare clear and comprehensive quotations that align with customer needs and company pricing strategies
- develop a deep understanding of our company's services, pricing, and policies to effectively educate customers and address inquiries
- proactively follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and secure their commitment to proceed with our services
- maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, quotations, and interactions in our CRM system
- work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing trade installer customers by providing exceptional service and being their primary point of contact
- build and maintain positive relationships with potential homeowner / end user customers by providing exceptional service and being a key initial point of contact throughout the proposal process
