receptionist
Responsibility
- to be welcoming and promote the best possible image of LeisureSK by the level of service you provide at reception
- to actively sell a wide range of activities and products from annual fitness memberships to a pair of swimming goggles
- to ensure all information provided to the customers is up to date and relevant
- to provide administrative support where necessary and ensure the booking system is up to date with correct information
- to fully understand and enforce the centres admissions policy for the various different sessions
- to ensure retail displays are fully stocked and appropriately merchandised
- to collect and handle all sources of payment with integrity and in line with company procedures, taking responsibility throughout your shift and then cashing up at the end where any discrepancies will need to be investigated with the support of the Duty Manager
- to deal with all written, social media, telephone and verbal queries politely and promptly, in a professional and efficient manner, in line with company procedures
