  • A-Level or equivalent

Responsibility

  • first line of contact for new and existing customer
  • logging of new faults with our customer’s service
  • inputting and processing new customer orders and sales
  • general upkeep of the company CRM system
  • we are now recruiting for Customer Service & Support Team to join our us based at our Harrogate town centre offices
  • working with the engineers to manage new installs and site visits to fix faults
  • candidates will deal with incoming phone enquiries from our customers wishing to take advantage of the Company’s services
  • establish customer feedback from existing customers to better improve our service

Requirements

  • first-rate communication skills
  • preferably have previous call centre experience\
  • preferably some technical background in IT systems and support\
  • customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year
  • customer service: 3 years
