- we are currently looking for a Residential Property Manager who can demonstrate a wide range of skills
- we are advertising this role with flexibility of it being a full or part time role. Minimum hours - 24 hours per week
- airbnb and short term letting management
- lettings: Marketing Properties, Taking enquiries, Carrying out Viewings, tenant application process and Signup
- property Maintenance: Organising Contractors and overseeing works
- administration: Basic administration, preparing tenancy agreement, inventories, etc as required
Requirements
- very High level of interpersonal skills
- be able to manage work load, establish priorities and have good time management skills
- confidence and Presentation skills
- an ability to work by themselves and on their own initiative
