- to assist the Grounds Maintenance Team in the preparation and maintenance of sports and amenity surfaces within Leigh Sports Village
- you will need to drive company vehicles, so a valid driving license is required
- leigh Sports Village is the biggest investment in public sport and recreational facilities in the Wigan Borough for many years and will transform Leigh into one of the finest hubs of activity in the North West
- the extensive facilities include athletics track, 3rd generation artificial and grass sports pitches, sports centre, sixth form college, leisure and retail outlets including a four-star hotel and the center piece of the development, a 10,000-capacity stadium

- you must have a formal Maintenance and Facilities qualification and it is desirable that you have a valid driving licence
- you will be responsible to and assist both the Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance team to ensure that services and facilities across the Leigh Sports Village site operate effectively, efficiently and safely, providing the users of the Village with a high-quality leisure experience
