  • at Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village we are looking for exceptional multi tasker to join our existing team of duty managers with previous hotel shift management experience, to provide outstanding service to our guests, and who put our people at the heart of everything we do
  • this role involves working across the front desk, food and beverage areas mainly but assisting where required in other areas of the hotel
  • advantageous would be a knowledge of focused/limited service hotels
  • reporting into the senior team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their allotted shifts at the hotel on a daily basis, dealing with any guest enquiries as well as leading a team of great individuals
  • the successful applicant for this role will be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care
  • we are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests
