- CIPD level 5 is desirable
Responsibility
- act as a supportive people partner to the Partnership Team regarding HR issues
- assist in presenting on HR matters
- support the Wellbeing agenda and update staff on changing trends, new legislation and new initiatives
- support in the coaching and influencing leaders in the adoption and use of effective leadership and management practices
- participate in the monitoring and review of existing policies and procedures and support in the development of any additional policy requirements
- support in the management of change initiatives, staffing plans and successful organisation development as they pertain to current and future staff
- to support the HR Manager with the overall provision of HR within this fantastic law firm, including HR policies and procedures, development of training programmes and recruitment
- review staff relation issues and recommend appropriate responses to management
