Requirements
- review and assessment of disclosure obtained from potential defendants
- production of risk management reports to assess liability, causation and quantum
- working closely with our panel solicitors to discuss claim matters and provide time critical advice and support
- review letters before action and defences received
- review and undertake any required based on counsel opinion
- accurately assess the valuation of claim matters and individual heads of loss
