we are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manger Assistant to join our growing team. Reporting to our Senior Property Manager
A successful candidate must have excellent organisation skills and be confident in a customer facing environment
their main objective will be to provide an excellent, effective and customer focussed lettings and voids management service to customers
at Legacie, we pride ourselves on providing high end development opportunities for investors, where we provide an end-to-end service, from the physical construction of developments, through to managing the blocks, and finding and managing tenants for our landlords
we are experiencing rapid growth as we continue on our journey, and as a result we require passionate people to come and work with us in our growing Lettings Team
this role is a combination of office based and property visits

Responsibility
to ensure that the project administration is planned and set up correctly
to ensure that the project is set up on the drawing portal system and managed effectively
understanding of Procore would be advantageous but not essential
to ensure the dashboard system is created for the project
to set out and collate information from the site team to produce a monthly client report
to audit administration systems to ensure they are implemented correctly
to set up the project on the drawing portal system. To monitor design team documents and the portal
general Project Administration to support site team & project managers. Carry out monthly audits of folders and documents

Responsibility
prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for property portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
manage day to day financials within the property portfolio CRM
management of monthly landlord payment runs
conduct monthly reconciliations of client accounts and assist in compliance reviews
production of quarterly NRL returns and annual statements
utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft to manage financial data effectively
liaise with property management team re complex queries
collaborate with property management teams to address any financial discrepancies or concerns
