Responsibility

  • use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment to clean guest rooms and public areas
  • work in various environments, such as hotel rooms, hallways, restaurants, and lobbies
  • communicate with guests and coworkers about the cleanliness of the rooms
  • be an ambassador for the hotel; be able to make suggestions for improvement
  • producing weekly rota’s, confirming staff hours for payroll and training new employees
  • follow safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of self and others; Participate in training sessions to learn more about cleaning techniques
  • THIS POSITION IS NOT ADMINISTRATIVE OR OFFICE BASED. The Senior House Keeper as well as room checks will clean alongside with the rest of the House Keeping Department on a daily basis
