Responsibility
- previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- however, what is essential is excellent communications skills, a desire to provide outstanding care, an empathetic nature, and a hard-working approach
- minimum of 25 hours per week with opportunity for additional overtime hours
- to assist residents with activities of daily living as required, including personal hygiene needs
- to assist residents to be fully involved in community services and a timetable of meaningful activities
- to maintain and clean and homely environment
- care worker required for a 6/7-bedroom residential care home in Telford providing support to service users with a primary diagnosis of Learning Disabilities
- to prepare cook basic meals as per menu
