to be the first point of contact for customers and engineers, answering telephone calls and emails
to log faults and allocate work to members of the Engineering Team
technical knowledge to be gained and relayed to customers and engineers
troubleshooting basic issues with customers and engineers
to take information from engineers reports to create invoices to send to customers
to follow up with customers to ensure correspondences have been received and to take further instructions
supporting current customers. The successful candidate must be able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and carry out the following to ensure this is maintained
to invoice for service and repair work within an agreed timeframe of job completion
