food level safety 2 is an advantage
must be able to manage and motivate your team to achieve results
HACCP Training is an advantage
must have an understanding of sales targets and budgets and how these are achieved
must be an ambassador for customer service
Responsibility
to ensure that food is stored in accordance with the procedures manual
to ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to and that all employees understand these and the implications of non-compliance
to be familiar with and comply with instructions given through communication from head office in the form of the Procedures Manual, Staff Handbook and other forms of communication
to ensure that branches running costs are kept to a minimum whilst maintaining standards
to ensure that shelves are always freshly stocked, unsold food is disposed of in accordance with guidelines and wastage is monitored
to ensure that stock levels are appropriate for store sales and to ensure product availability at all times
to instruct employees to ensure that the branch trades to maximum effect within Company guidelines
