Requirements
- must have passion, commitment and genuine leadership ability
- minimum 2 year experience as Store Manager
- previous experience in management position essential ideally gained in a fast food or retail environment
- food level safety 2 is an advantage
- must be able to manage and motivate your team to achieve results
- HACCP Training is an advantage
- must have an understanding of sales targets and budgets and how these are achieved
- must be an ambassador for customer service
Responsibility
- to ensure that food is stored in accordance with the procedures manual
- to ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to and that all employees understand these and the implications of non-compliance
- to be familiar with and comply with instructions given through communication from head office in the form of the Procedures Manual, Staff Handbook and other forms of communication
- to ensure that branches running costs are kept to a minimum whilst maintaining standards
- to ensure that shelves are always freshly stocked, unsold food is disposed of in accordance with guidelines and wastage is monitored
- to ensure that stock levels are appropriate for store sales and to ensure product availability at all times
- to instruct employees to ensure that the branch trades to maximum effect within Company guidelines
