  • minimum 2 Years Experience working as a compliance officer in Consumer Credit
  • A knowledge of Consumer Credit within the Motor Trade an advantage
  • salary 30-35K per annum
  • consumer Credit: 2 years

Responsibility

  • manage annual compliance audits and returns conducted and required by external organisations such as funders, the BVRLA and the FCA
  • conduct monthly compliance checks and file audits on the sales team
  • conduct monthly spot checks to ensure ongoing staff compliance
