LEARNING TREE DAY NURSERY is looking for employees for positions:

Requirements

  • you must hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification, at least Level 3 or above
  • \* NVQ 3 Childcare and Education
  • previous experience working and caring for children under 5, ideally within an Early Years setting is desirable
  • \* A firm and thorough understanding of the EYFS and OFSTED outcomes, and best practice delivery
  • \* A firm understanding of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements
  • you will be supported by the nursery in all training and qualifications that you undertake
  • \* Experience with Toddlers in a nursery setting
  • \* Experience in leading 0-2s Room

Responsibility

  • \* To lead the Toddler Room to ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
  • \* To lead the Baby Room to ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
  • \* To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team working within the EYFS
  • \* To work in partnership with parents and carers
  • \* To follow and implement all of the nursery policies and procedures
  • \* To keep abreast with current thinking and best practice
