Responsibility
- ensuring content is optimised to create engagement and drive traffic to our website
- responding to queries and messages across our social media channels and marketing inbox in a timely manner
- responding to potential students’ SMS messages
- manage our chatbot software to ensure ambassadors are responding to messages in a timely manner
- ensure the brand is represented appropriately across all channels you are responsible for
- create and manage campaigns to build our ambassador network
- develop, implement, and lead campaigns to run across all social media channels and create a campaign and content calendar for our two student cohort intakes a year
- manage relationships with current and future ambassadors and support where needed
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare or higher education
- A degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification
- extensive experience in social media marketing across various platforms
- A proven track record of planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns on a brand and product level
- excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- competent with data evaluation, spreadsheets, and statistical reporting
- experience with client relations and ability to manage expectations
