Responsibility
- support LTS sales activities and engage with the potential prospects to convert them customers
- develop, update and maintain a database of existing and potential customers
- understand the customer requirements and effectively communicate the same with the project team to define and draft effective proposals

- meet the annual individual sales target and support the sales team to achieve the team’s sales targets
- seek to Increasing upsells and cross-sells
- proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- identification, profiling, analysis and implementation of new business opportunities in global Market
- meet with clients and prospects for services presentations, and deal closures
- work with the sales team to plan and develop sales strategies and internal sales focus areas
- coordinate and follow-up on existing leads initiate contact, generate new leads and bring on new customers in an effective and structured manner
- reach-out and engage with the potential qualified leads, to identify the requirements, support to draft effective proposal and involve in the activities for sales conversion to meet the sales targets
- contribute to the ongoing planning and development of the Company’s sales and marketing and business development strategies
- provide regular information to assist management with decision making, including daily updates, weekly updates and quarterly meetings
- improve the Sales process efficiency for both the generation of leads, the conversion of leads and the process in which to manage the entire process
- contribute to new product/service development, promotion/distribution, customer care and the Company’s approach to quality through your business relations. Increasing time spent nurturing existing customers
Requirements
- sales experience with proven track record of sales success a minimum of 5 year’s of experience
- experience is selling a business to a business enterprise software service in manufacturing arena
- proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
